Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Settings page.
What happens when you cancel
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Once the period ends, you drop back to the Free tier automatically
- Your data is never deleted — snapshots, plans, life events all remain
- No final invoice or hidden charges
How to cancel
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Click Billing.
- Click Manage subscription — opens the Stripe customer portal.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm.
You'll receive a confirmation email from Stripe.
What happens to Pro-only data
When you drop to Free:
- Plans beyond the first are archived (not deleted). Resubscribe and they reappear.
- Life events beyond 3 are kept but only the first 3 are active in the projection. Resubscribe and the rest reactivate.
- Backfilled past snapshots remain visible. You just can't add new past months.
- Monte Carlo / detailed reports become unavailable until you resubscribe.
Resubscribing
If you change your mind, just resubscribe from Settings. All your archived data reactivates immediately — no re-onboarding needed.
Refund policy
We don't pro-rata refund mid-cycle, but if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid month and haven't used Pro features substantially, email hello@jettworth.me for a full refund.
