If you decide to leave JettWorth, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted:
- All your financial data (snapshots, assets, liabilities, income, expenses) is permanently removed
- All your projection plans and life events are deleted
- Your account credentials are removed
- Any active Pro subscription is cancelled
- You'll receive a final farewell email confirming the deletion
There's no way to recover your data after deletion.
How to delete your account
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation warning carefully.
- Type your email address to confirm.
- Click Permanently Delete.
Active subscriptions
If you have an active Pro subscription, it's cancelled automatically when you delete your account. You won't be charged again. If you're mid-billing cycle, the remaining period is forfeited (no pro-rata refund).
Exporting data first
If you want to keep a copy of your data before deleting, go to Settings and use the data export option. The export includes a JSON file with all your snapshots, assets, liabilities, income streams, expenses, plans, and life events.
Alternatives to deletion
If you just want to take a break:
- Stop using JettWorth without deleting your account — your data remains available if you come back
- Downgrade to the Free plan to stop payments while keeping your data
- Turn off email reminders in Settings so you won't receive notifications
Note: If you have concerns about your data or need help with your account, contact us at hello@jettworth.me before deleting.
