Conclude can email you when an insight worth knowing about lands. The intent is to never make you check the dashboard out of obligation — if something matters, it'll find you.
Email notifications for insights are part of the Team plan.
What you get notified about
Notifications fire for:
- A new urgent insight — severity = urgent.
- A growing trend — an insight whose underlying theme is growing fast week-over-week.
- A signal from a top-tier account — when a high-ARR company submits feedback that ties into an existing theme or insight.
Lower-severity insights don't trigger an email by default. They're visible in the dashboard but won't ping you.
Where notifications come from
Email is delivered via Resend. The sender shows as conclude.fyi with a clear subject. Replies are not threaded — replying to a notification email goes to support, not into Conclude.
Configuring who gets emailed
By default, workspace members receive insight notifications. To configure further:
- Go to Settings at the workspace level.
- Open the notifications section.
- Per-member, enable or disable insight emails.
A single-toggle "subscribe me to insight notifications" is enough for most teams.
Unsubscribing
Every notification email has an unsubscribe link. Clicking it disables insight emails for that recipient — they'll still see insights in the dashboard, just won't be emailed.
Frequency
To prevent fatigue, Conclude bundles insights:
- Urgent insights — emailed within an hour of generation.
- Other notable signals — bundled into a daily summary if any are pending.
You won't get more than one insight email per hour, and at most one daily digest per day.
Slack notifications
If you've connected Slack, insights and feedback events can also fire into a Slack channel. See Slack integration for the toggle.
