Connect Slack to get pings in your team channel when feedback events happen.
What Slack notifications cover
- New urgent feedback — when an item is categorised as urgent severity.
- Insight notifications (Pro+) — same insights that get emailed.
- Theme growth — when a theme crosses a vote threshold or grows quickly.
- Public board submissions — optional, off by default. Useful for high-touch teams.
Connecting Slack
- Go to Integrations in the workspace nav.
- Click Connect on the Slack card.
- Authorize Conclude in your Slack workspace.
- Pick the channel notifications should fire to.
You can change the destination channel later from the integration settings.
Configuring what fires
From the Slack integration settings, toggle each event type:
- New urgent feedback → on/off.
- Insight notifications → on/off.
- Theme growth → on/off.
- All public board submissions → on/off.
Most teams turn on the first two and leave the rest off until they have a feel for volume.
What the Slack message looks like
Each notification is a compact card with:
- Event type — "Urgent feedback", "New insight", etc.
- Title of the item.
- Submitter and company, if identified.
- A link back to the relevant page in Conclude.
There are no inline reactions today (e.g., "mark as triaged from Slack"). Click through to act.
Disconnecting
From Integrations, click Disconnect on the Slack card. Notifications stop. Re-connect later to resume.
Plan limits
Slack is available on every plan. Insight-related Slack notifications require Pro or Team (since insights themselves are Pro+).
