Insights are Conclude's intelligence layer. Where themes group similar feedback, insights tell you what to do about it.
Insights are a Pro+ feature. The Top 5 to ship next panel and smart prioritisation are Team-only.
What an insight is
An insight is a higher-order signal generated from your feedback. Examples of the kind of thing an insight surfaces:
- A theme that's growing fast week-over-week.
- A pattern that's correlated with a churn signal (negative sentiment, high-ARR companies).
- A repeated complaint that maps to a knowledge-base article you already have.
- A quiet but important request from your top-paying customers.
Insights are not summaries. A summary tells you what happened. An insight tells you what to do.
Where insights live
The Insights page in the workspace nav is the home for everything intelligence-related. You'll see:
- Stat cards at the top — active insights, urgent count, theme count, frustration ratio.
- Top 5 to ship next (Team plan) — the prioritised list of things your team should work on.
- Insight cards — each one is a single signal with severity, summary, and constituent feedback.
- Themes grid — clustered feedback (covered in Themes and clustering).
Severity levels
Each insight is tagged with a severity:
- Urgent — red. Acting on this matters now (e.g., growing churn risk).
- Notable — amber. Worth your attention this week.
- Info — blue. Useful to know, not blocking.
Status
Each insight is:
- Active — fresh, not acted on yet.
- Actioned — you've shipped or scheduled work for it.
- Dismissed — not worth acting on. Hidden from the default view but not deleted.
Mark an insight as Actioned or Dismissed from its card or detail view.
Top 5 to ship next
On Team plan, the top of the page surfaces a Top 5 to ship next panel. This is a prioritised feed sorted by an internal priority score that combines:
- Severity of the underlying signal.
- Vote count across the feedback inside it.
- Account weight (companies and ARR if you've identified submitters).
- Recency — fast-growing patterns rise.
The Top 5 reuses the same insights collection, so dismissing an insight removes it from the Top 5 too. No extra fetch, no separate model.
Filters
You can filter the insights list by:
- Status — active / actioned / dismissed / all.
- Severity — all / urgent / notable / info.
- Product, if you have multiple.
