Billing lives in Settings → Billing at the workspace level. Conclude uses Stripe for payments — your card details, invoices, and tax info are all in the Stripe customer portal.
What's on the billing page
- Current plan — Starter, Pro, or Team — with a link to upgrade.
- Usage — bars showing this month's feedback count, AI credit consumption, KB articles, products, seats. Each bar warns at ~90% utilisation.
- Plan options — monthly/annual toggle, with prices for each plan.
- Manage billing — link to the Stripe customer portal for invoice history, card updates, and subscription details.
Upgrading
- Pick the plan you want.
- Choose Monthly or Annual.
- Click Upgrade.
- You're redirected to Stripe checkout. Complete payment.
- You're returned to Conclude. Your plan is active immediately.
Any usage from this month rolls over — credits and limits reset on the first of each month.
Updating your card
Open the Stripe customer portal from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Update card details, billing address, and tax info there. Stripe is the source of truth for payment data.
Invoice history
Same place — the Stripe customer portal lists every invoice with download links. Conclude doesn't store a duplicate copy in the dashboard.
Switching to annual
From the billing page, toggle Annual and click Switch billing. Annual gets you 12 months for the price of 10. The change is prorated — Stripe handles the math.
Downgrading
Click Downgrade on the plan you want. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you've exceeded the lower plan's limits, Conclude will list what needs to be reduced (e.g., archive products, remove team members) before the downgrade kicks in.
You won't lose data when you downgrade — features become unavailable but the underlying data (themes, insights from when you were on Team) stays in your workspace until you upgrade again.
Cancelling
Cancellation locks the workspace — writes are blocked but your data (feedback, themes, insights, articles, integrations) stays intact. Re-subscribe to the same tier and everything resumes where it left off; tier-specific config like custom domains is preserved. To delete your workspace entirely, see Workspace settings → Danger zone.
Tax / VAT
Stripe handles tax based on your billing address. EU VAT and US sales tax are collected automatically when applicable.
Refunds
For refunds or billing disputes, contact us. We honour reasonable refund requests within the first 14 days of a new subscription.
