Conclude.fyi Documentation
Conclude is an AI-native feedback platform for product teams that already live in Linear. It collects customer feedback from the places customers actually are, clusters it into themes, surfaces the patterns worth acting on, and keeps the loop closed back to your roadmap and your customers.
This is the user manual. If you're a developer integrating Conclude into your application, the Developer section covers SDKs, the script tag, and the REST API.
Where to start
- New to Conclude? Start with What is Conclude, then run through the Quickstart.
- Setting up your team? Creating your workspace and Inviting your team.

Conventions used in these docs
- Workspace — your team's top-level container in Conclude. One workspace per company.
- Product — a unit inside a workspace (e.g., "iOS app", "Web app"). Most of the dashboard is scoped per product.
- Team member — a logged-in colleague of yours, authenticated via Clerk.
- Submitter — the customer or end-user who submits feedback. They don't need a Conclude account.
- Feedback item — one piece of feedback. Always belongs to a product.
- Theme — a cluster of feedback items grouped by Conclude.
- Insight — a higher-order signal generated from themes and trends.
