The public roadmap is a read-only view of your internal roadmap, shown to customers at a public URL. It's the single best way to give customers a clear sense of "what's coming" without a single line of code.
URL
The public roadmap URL pattern is:
https://[workspace-subdomain].conclude.fyi/[product-slug]/roadmap
For our team: https://durga-digital.conclude.fyi/conclude/roadmap.
If you have the public roadmap enabled on your product, this URL is also surfaced on the public feedback board as a Roadmap tab.
What customers see
Three columns: Planned, In Progress, Shipped. Each card shows:
- Title and description.
- Target window (if set).
- Vote count (aggregated from any linked feedback).
Customers can:
- Filter by status.
- Sort by newest, most voted, or trending.
- Click into a card for the full description.
- See the linked feedback so they can recognise their own request.
They cannot vote on roadmap cards directly (votes happen on feedback items, not roadmap items), but their votes on feedback feed into the card's vote display.
Enabling / disabling the public roadmap
In product Settings → Roadmap:
- Toggle Enable public roadmap on or off.
- Set the public title and description shown above the columns.
When disabled, the URL returns a 404 and the Roadmap tab disappears from the public board.
What's hidden from customers
The public view never shows:
- Internal comments.
- Labels.
- Assignees.
- Linked Linear issue IDs.
- Submitter identities.
If you have something on your internal roadmap that shouldn't be customer-visible (e.g., security work where the description leaks too much), keep it off the public roadmap by leaving it in your feedback list and only adding it to the roadmap once it's safe to share.
Sharing the roadmap
Common patterns:
- Link from your product page, changelog, or footer as "Roadmap".
- Embed it via the public board (which already shows the Roadmap tab).
- Reference it in support replies: "That's on our roadmap — you can see status here."
Roadmap and customer notifications
When you ship a roadmap item — i.e., drag it from In Progress to Shipped — Conclude can email customers who voted on the linked feedback to let them know.

Plan limits
The public roadmap is available on every plan. Starter and Pro have one roadmap per product; Team has unlimited.
