Feedback lands in the Feedback page inside your product. This is where most of your team's daily work happens.
Reading the list
Each row shows:
- Title and a snippet of the description.
- Vote count (cumulative across the public board and the API).
- Status badge.
- Labels if any.
- Submitter if the user identified themselves.
- Comment count if the team has discussed it.
- Linear issue badge if linked.
Sort and filter
Sort by:
- Newest — most recent first (default).
- Most voted — highest vote count first.
Filter by:
- Status — triage, planned, in progress, shipped, etc.
- Labels.
- Assignee.
The product filter at the top scopes the list — if you have multiple products, you can switch between them or view all.
Opening an item
Click any row to open the detail view.
The detail view has:
- Left side — the full title, description, screenshot or recording (if attached), submitter info, and submission metadata (URL, user agent).
- Right side — actions and metadata: status, labels, assignee, Linear link, vote count, comments.
Actions you can take
Change status
Statuses cover the full triage-to-shipped lifecycle:
- Triage — newly arrived, not reviewed yet.
- Backlog — reviewed, parked.
- Todo — going to do this.
- In progress — actively being worked on.
- Done — shipped.
- Cancelled — won't do.
Status changes propagate to Linear if the item is linked (Pro+, two-way sync).
Comment
Comments are internal — visible to your team only, not to the customer. Use them for triage notes, links to docs, or "I'll handle this."
Add labels
Labels are workspace-defined taxonomy. Use them to tag feedback with feature areas, severity, or anything else useful for filtering. See Labels.
Assign
Assign to a team member. The list view can be filtered by assignee.
Link or auto-create a Linear issue
If you've connected Linear:
- Starter — link any Conclude feedback to an existing Linear issue. One-way: Linear status updates are not pulled back.
- Pro+ — link or auto-create a Linear issue from the feedback. Two-way sync: when the linked Linear issue changes status, Conclude updates the feedback (and the public roadmap).
Vote
Team members can vote, and so can submitters. Votes drive the Most voted sort and feed into theme prioritisation.
Delete
Delete is permanent. Use cautiously — there's no undo.
Duplicate detection
When new feedback arrives, Conclude checks for near-identical existing items and surfaces matches. You'll see a Possible duplicate indicator on items where this fired. From the detail view you can:
- Confirm duplicate — links the items together so votes aggregate.
- Dismiss — keep them separate.
Available on every plan.
Bulk actions
Select multiple rows in the list to bulk:
- Change status.
- Add or remove labels.
- Delete.
What feedback never includes
- A way for customers to read your team's internal comments.
- Edits to the original submission text after it's submitted (the user can re-submit; you can comment).
