Conclude is meant for product teams, not solo work. You'll get the most out of it once your designers, engineers, PMs, and CS folks are all in the same workspace looking at the same feedback.
How to invite someone
- Open Settings at the workspace level (top-level nav).
- Stay on the Organization tab — this is where members are managed.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter their email address.
- Click Send invite.
The invitee gets an email with a link to join. The link expires after a set period — if it expires, just re-send the invite.
Seat limits
Your plan caps how many seats your workspace can have. As of today:

If you need more, upgrade your plan (Settings → Billing) or contact us.
Removing or changing a member
In Settings → Organization, find the member you want to change. From there you can remove them from the workspace. Removing a member doesn't delete the feedback they touched — comments, status changes, and assignments are preserved.
What members can see
There are no per-product permissions. Once a team member is in the workspace, they can see every product, every piece of feedback, and every integration. If you need stricter access controls, contact us.
What about your customers?
Customers do not need a Conclude account. They submit feedback through:
- The widget you embed in your app.
- The public feedback board (a URL you share with them, e.g.,
durga-digital.conclude.fyi/conclude). - The public roadmap.
